Add asset management capabilities for non-IP devices

It would be amazing if we could also track non-IP'd assets like monitors, mice, keyboards, microphones, batteries, etc. that are assigned to users. It'd also be amazing if we could assign users to IP'd assets, and sync users from m365 and / or AD. Similar to a Snipe-IT without having to deploy / maintain another product.

    Also, we need a role for managing these non-IP'd assets, and changing users on IP'd assets, but with zero access otherwise.
