We are big fans of your policies engine that alerts us via email when a new machine is detected or when a machine is missing mandatory software, but we'd love to see these come in as ConnectWise PSA tickets. The challenge of email alerts coming from a single email address is filtering them to the correct company. The ability to map Cavelo customers to ConnectWise customers is also key here. Additionally, SMTP alerts sometimes suffer from delays or rejections resulting in delays of service.
