Endpoint Retire / Decommission Status

Add functionally to retire asset or decommission

1. Create tenant value for retire asset after offline for XX days

2. Create retire status workflow for removing agent data from reporting and scheduled jobs when endpoint hits threshold above.

   1. Data will be still be retained for retention period of tenant and if returned to online status if agent checks back into console

   2. After retired assets hit data retention threshold they are automatically removed from console and data purged.

3. Add reporting / dashboard to track agents retired / to be decommissioned for awareness.
