Toggle high confidence results only in dashboard

It would be nice if we could use the dashboard to only show high confidence results in the dashboard and reports using the existing data set.

e.g. execute a scan and have all results available and be able to use the dashboard and reports to better understand high confidence vs. low confidence results without having to re-run scans.
